How Do You Love Your Heart Chakra?

Do you love your heart chakra? Do you take care of it? If you don't, you should. And here's why. Your heart chakra, also called Anahata, is located right in the middle of your chest. It is where we feel love and compassion. The heart chakra is also responsible for assisting energy to flow from our upper or spiritual chakras down to our lower or physical chakras and from our lower chakras to our upper chakras. It helps the higher vibrations from the upper chakras slow down a bit to a vibration that our lower chakras can use. This lower vibration is not a bad or negative vibration. Our higher energy centers, have a more spiritual nature and vibrate at a higher frequency than our lower energy centers that govern the day-to-day physical aspects of our lives. In the reverse, it can help raise the vibrations of our lower chakras to a higher level as it travels to our upper chakras. This helps us to manifest our desires for our highest good.
